Often, organizations focus on problem solving but lack structured methods to document project successes. The reverse fishbone diagram (RFD) flips the traditional fishbone diagram’s problem-analysis approach to capture and categorize project benefits after solutions or change is implemented successfully. This innovative method ensures no success is overlooked and provides a structured framework for continuous improvement efforts.
