Abstract
The promise of Quality 5.0 is not to return to the past, but reclaim what automation overlooked: empathy, ethics and engagement. Quality always has been about trust—between producers and customers, leaders and teams, systems and society. The digital age expanded our capability, but now it’s time to expand our conscience. The next great quality revolution won’t be measured only in sigma levels or audit scores. It will be measured in how well we use technology to strengthen human connection. In a world defined by machine intelligence, the organizations that thrive will be those that remember this simple truth: Quality is not only what we build—it’s how we make people feel.
