Abstract
Recently, China has implemented a distinctive approach to quality management: new quality productive forces. It is a high-tech, high- efficiency and high-quality development strategy for economic growth. The sustainable strategic growth model—which aims to improve safety and well-being while reducing carbon emissions—offers a structured approach for organizations deploying new quality productive forces to integrate environmental considerations into their growth strategies. Through this integrated approach, leaders build sustainable, high-performing organizations, strengthening workforce well-being while advancing a culture of quality and sustainability.
