Abstract

As a quality improvement advisor at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, I’ve had the opportunity to use quality principles to help drive operational efficiency. My journey into quality began in the 1990s while I worked in India. I was introduced to quality during an engaging training session on total quality management led by someone from Eicher Tractors. This experience sparked my interest, and there was no looking back.
