Abstract
Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) is used to design new products or processes that meet Six Sigma quality standards right from the start. The downsides, however, include an extended product development cycle, delayed new product launches, reduced competitiveness in the market, and increased labor costs. That’s where mini DFSS comes in. Mini DFSS optimizes the DFSS process according to the project’s actual situation, ensures information is shared timely, and improves DFSS process efficiency.
