Abstract
To make the most productive use of artificial intelligence (AI), barriers of distrust must be lowered. We must share AI tools openly for our common purposes. We shouldn’t undermine its enormous potential to reshape arenas such as strategic planning, corporate communication, traditional quality control, training, benchmarking and quality function deployment, as well as daily tasks. With a steep learning curve and few prospects for effective guardrails on the technology, we must rely on rigorous risk management as well as a growing list of resources.
