Abstract
Bayesian methods fundamentally can transform our approach to creating exceptional products. The authors use an example of development of an optimized pizza-crust recipe to illustrate how illustrate how Bayesian methods create a structured pathway for product excellence. Unlike traditional methods that treat variables as binary significant/insignificant, the Bayesian approach provides nuanced probabilistic insights. The method's adaptability makes it a robust tool for businesses seeking to enhance product quality, meet evolving customer needs and maintain competitive advantage across diverse sectors.
