Abstract

As people around the world stand up for various causes, quality leaders’ voices often seem muted. Often, quality leaders are hesitant to express quality’s importance. There is an opportunity to stand up and champion the quality cause effectively through influence. By leveraging seven persuasion principles, quality leaders can enroll others in a vision of superior product and service quality, and persuade them to take effective actions.
