In an effort to support our host city of Phoenix, demonstrate effective practices in room block management, and keep registration fees lower, ASQ encourages attendees to book within the official LSSC housing block.

ASQ strongly encourages all attendees to secure their accommodation at the designated host hotel no later than Friday, January 30th. To maximize your chances of benefiting from our exclusive discounted rates, we advise making your reservation well in advance, as the number of available rooms is limited.

When calling the hotel to make reservations under the negotiated room block, please reference ASQ Lean and Six Sigma Conference block to receive the discounted rate.

Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a late cancellation charge. The booking link will allow guests to reserve sleeping rooms within the conference dates contracted. Guests will need to use our reservation number above for dates requested outside the contracted conference dates. Sleeping room dates outside of the block contracted dates are subject to a different rate than ASQ’s negotiated discounted rate.
