Tutorial Attendees 0.5 RU for every 4-hour tutorial, 1.0 RU for every 8-hour tutorial

Cancellation Policy
 
We understand that occasionally things do happen that prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered. If you find that you cannot attend the 2025 ASQ Measurement Quality Division Conference, here’s what you can do:
  • Send a substitute - Substitutions can be made at any time, even onsite.
  • Cancel - If you need to cancel, we will refund your paid tutorial / conference registration fee as noted below:
    • Requests for cancellations/transfers received at least 5 business days before the start of the event receive a full refund/transfer.
    • Requests received within 5 business days of the event incur a $150 processing fee.
    • After the event starts, there are no refunds or transfers.


Note: Non-attendance and non-payment do not constitute notification or cancellation.

Note: Sponsorship & Exhibitor non-attendance and non-payment does not constitute notification or cancellation. Sponsorships will not be refunded if marketing has already begun using Sponsor references.

ASQ Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with this event, we will apply your registration fee to a future ASQ event.

ASQ Measurement Quality Division reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, or to change speakers. Please be advised that ASQ Headquarters, ASQ Measurement Quality Division or the hotel is not responsible for any airfare penalties or hotel charges that may be incurred due to sold out, cancelled, or rescheduled events.
