Shuttle Service:

Guests at the listed hotels can take advantage of the airport transfers if traveling to Orlando International Airport (MCO).  Shuttles depart MCO every other hour between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.  Returns depart from the hotel every other hour between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.  The trip is approximately 1 hour.

The round trip rate is currently $50 per person. One way is $28. 

Guests can call the hotel reservationist direct at 321-868-6573  AFTER they have made their room reservation. Please call no earlier than 30 days prior to arrival and no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Shuttle cost will be charged at the time of transfer reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

We understand that occasionally things do happen that may prevent you from attending an event for which you have registered. If you find that you cannot attend 33rd Annual Collaboration on Quality in the Space and Defense Industries (CQSDI) Forum, here’s what you can do:

• SEND A SUBSTITUTE. Substitutions can be made at any time (even on-site!). Please email us with the initial registrant information and the substitute attendee information. 
• CANCEL. Requests for cancellations received on or before January 11, 2026, will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Requests received January 12, 2026, through February 28, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations on or after March 1, 2026.  

Note: Nonpayment or Nonattendance does not constitute cancellation.

Please be advised that ASQ is not responsible for any airfare penalties or hotel charges that may be incurred due to sold out, cancelled, or rescheduled events.
