ISO/DIS 9001 

The draft international standard (DIS) for the revision of ISO 9001 has just been made available by ISO. This is an opportunity for the US public to provide comments. If you reside in a different country, you can find contact information for your country on the ISO member body list.

Individuals interested in reviewing and commenting on ISO DIS 9001 should enter comments in the ISO Comment Template and send them to standards@asq.org by October 24, 2025. Please ignore the closing date on the draft – this is the international due date, but the US TAG (Technical Advisory Group) needs time to review and discuss the comments prior to final submission. The formatting of this Word document and text (including no strikethroughs, underlines, color, highlighting, etc.) should not be altered and should be submitted in Word format - other formats will not be accepted.
