Abstract
ChatGPT is a revolutionary new tool used by millions of managers and professionals to better handle bottleneck resources. Despite the enthusiasm, numerous quality problems have been documented. According to OpenAI, the creator of ChatGPT, “ChatGPT sometimes writes plausible-sounding but incorrect or nonsensical answers.” This column aims to prevent you from inflating expectations and help you decide which task categories are appropriate for ChatGPT or a hybrid human/artificial intelligence mode.
