Thomas Jones has bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in industrial engineering with specializations in quality systems and digital transformation. He is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) with the following certifications: CRE, CQE, CSSBB, CMQ/OE, and CQA. He is also a contributor to The ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer Handbook, Fourth Edition.
Lina Khan has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s degree in engineering management, and a doctoral degree in industrial engineering. Currently, she works in the Aerospace and Defense Industry as a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Ahmad Elshennawy is a professor of industrial engineering and executive director of the University of Central Florida (UCF) Quality Institute. He holds CQE and CRE ASQ certifications as well as CLSSMBB and Academician at the International Academy for Quality (IAQ). He has written multiple books published by Quality Press.
